Ben founded Collective Shift in 2020 with a simple aim: help people approach digital assets with more care, context and independence. A Tasmanian who left school at 17, having already spent his early teens building businesses from his bedroom, he was drawn into crypto through research and has worked in the market full-time since 2017. He built the Digital Asset Wealth Engine, the GROW · MULTIPLY · PROTECT framework at the core of every Collective Shift program, and leads the flagship portfolio, whose six-year track record is independently audited by Crypto Tax Australia. Under his leadership Collective Shift has grown to 1,100+ members and 150,000+ followers, become a research partner of Coinbase, Swyftx and CoinSpot, and been named Blockies Community Leader of the Year (2024 and 2025) and Blockchain Education Company of the Year (2025). A TEDx speaker, he works directly with members in the Platinum, Elevate and Inner Circle programs.
