After 6 months in Platinum, you can upgrade to Platinum Elevate for 1-on-1 access with Ben, advanced workshops and an exclusive mastermind. All tiers work alongside your existing accountant and structures such as SMSFs and trusts.
What happens in the first 90 days?
For Platinum members, the first 90 days are the most critical period. You start with an onboarding call where your client success manager walks you through your personalised plan. Your CSM runs weekly check-ins for the first 30 days, then monthly check-ins through day 90, with a scheduled 90-day review milestone. During this period you work through the core curriculum, get your structure and security set up properly, and begin engaging with the research and portfolio. Post-90-day, the cadence shifts to a lighter ongoing rhythm with quarterly check-ins and periodic touchpoints from your CSM.
What happens after the first 90 days?
After the initial 90-day onboarding sprint, Platinum members move into an ongoing rhythm of weekly market updates, fortnightly live workshops, research articles, portfolio insights and quarterly 1-on-1 portfolio sessions. The goal is to keep you engaged with the market and your strategy over the long term, not just during the onboarding phase. For members who want to go deeper, Platinum Elevate unlocks after 6 months and adds advanced workshops, 1-on-1 access with Ben and an exclusive mastermind.
Do you work with SMSFs and trusts?
Yes. Many of our members hold digital assets through SMSFs, family trusts and company structures. Our education covers how to think about structure, tax and custody in the context of these entities. However, we do not provide personal financial, tax or legal advice, and we recommend you consult a qualified adviser for structuring decisions specific to your circumstances. SMSF establishment and specific personal financial advice is referred to licensed partner advisers.
What payment options do you offer?
Payment options vary by tier and are discussed on your strategy call. We offer both upfront and instalment options for most tiers. We are moving toward upfront and short-term payment structures to keep the business financially stable and pass those efficiencies on to members. What is your refund policy?
